I found Sandy Margolin on Yelp. Everything I read about her is true. She was amazing! She booked several houses for us to see. She drove me around all day and the following day, She responded right away when I first contacted her. She knew every area of Las Vegas which was really great. After finding a house she let me know what happens every step of the way. I learned a lot . Sandy always returned my calls and emails. She did a walk through on my house 2 times. Her personality is so easy and she is funny. We got along great! I would recommend her to everyone!

We started our search for a home and real estate agent about a year ago. This was a big move for as we were leaving the Pacific Northwest and moving to the Las Vegas area. The only thing we knew about Vegas was the weather was great and slots were inconsistent. Sandy came to our rescue and worked with us for the last year. We decided we would visit during each of the 4 seasons and see if we could actually handle this big change. During each visit, Sandy spent two/three days with us and driving us all around. We really got to know the area (which is huge) and we found our perfect neighborhood and home. We have Sandy to thank for that. She really knows her stuff and walked us through every step of the home buying process in the Vegas area. She also helped us navigate the financing, provided guidance when it came to using a title company and even gave us a phone number for people to help us unload our moving van. I was searching for a LGBT friendly realtor in Las Vegas and I discovered Sandy and I was very fortunate that I chose her since she is the best and most knowledgeable realtor in Las Vegas. Five weeks to the day I signed with Sandy, my home sale closed. I don't mean that I got an offer, or that I agreed to a counter-offer or that someone agreed to my own counter - no, I mean that the sale closed, and at a higher price than I had hoped for. I never expected that to happen so quickly. Now, some might attribute that to an improved market. I don't discount that. But there's no question that the marketing that Sandy put in place, designed to meet a changing digital and social media really made the difference in how quickly the sale occurred. From the first day the "for sale" sign went up I had prospective buyers in the house each and every day, even multiple times a day. But however important the marketing was, that's not what made the difference for me. From the beginning I was comfortable with and confident in Sandy. She handled everything. She didn't make me feel bad about my home's shortcomings (and it had them) rather, she focused on it's advantages. And when i was worried about one thing or another - what do you mean, home repairs? what's a contingency? who is this home inspection person and what is he doing in my house? - she was there to take it off my plate or to explain why I needn't worry. I never had a doubt that she was working hard for me and with my best interests at heart. Here's the thing with realtors: they're not like hair dressers or landscapers or even dentists, whom we may want (or in the case of dentist, unfortunately need ) regularly. For most of us were only going to need a realtor every four or five years, or more like ten or twenty years. And with respect to Sandy, that makes me a little sad- because she's both a consummate professional and someone I enjoyed personally. As much as I am glad that my previous home sold quickly and as happy as I am in my new home - and hope not to have to move again for many, many years - I do wish that one had need for relators more than once in a very great while. Because if I did, Sandy's the one I would call. But since I don't expect to need a realtor myself any time soon, the next best thing I can do is offer this review, in hopes of helping others to make the same connection.

Sandy is the greatest. We were looking for a home that was really special. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy a town home, loft or single family property; or even where we wanted to buy. Sandy worked with us and made recommendations regarding homes and neighborhoods. This was priceless. She is a pleasure to work with and we will recommend her time and time again!!!
