I just bought my first house and was so grateful to Sandy guiding me through a stressful and sometimes confusing journey. She made the whole process fun and exciting. I was an out of state buyer but had complete confidence in Sandy to deliver up a great selection of homes to choose from and that's exactly what she did. Sandy listens very well, was always available to me and very flexible dealing with my time constraints. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient and communicates extremely well...she went well above and beyond the job description. I feel not only did I have a great real estate agent and experience but made a new friend as well...bonus!

Sandy Margolin represented me when I bought a house in Las Vegas and she was amazing!!! Because most of the properties I was looking at were short sales, the deal not only involved a buyer, a seller and my lender but the two banks that held the notes on the property. Sandy was diligent in negotiating with all of the parties involved. I have never seen a realtor work harder.
