When we decided to move from California to Las Vegas we contacted Sandy Margolin. She was amazing! She first sent us a link to view homes in the Las Vegas area. Then she carefully planned out the day to see the homes we were interested in. Once we selected our home Sandy guided us step by step through the whole home buying process, answering all our questions and making sure we understood each step. Then she hooked us up with our awesome lender, a super inspector, an appraiser and our outstanding escrow company all of which were so kind knowledgeable and extremely professional. Sandy continued to oversee the whole process to ensure that it is executed correctly, efficiently and legally. She always answered all my nervous phone calls and text messages reassuring me all the way. Sandy and her team are the absolute best in the west ! Highly recommend!!!!!

Sandy Margolin represented me when I bought a house in Las Vegas and she was amazing!!! Because most of the properties I was looking at were short sales, the deal not only involved a buyer, a seller and my lender but the two banks that held the notes on the property. Sandy was diligent in negotiating with all of the parties involved. I have never seen a realtor work harder.

This is the second time we have used Sandy’s services. She sold our home to us about 10 years ago and has now sold it for us. Her skill and attention to detail is perfect. She was by our side every step of the way even when there were potential issues she kept us informed daily as to the status of our sale. Again, it has been a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Sandy for anyone’s real estate needs.
