Sandy did an outstanding job helping us find our home in Summerlin, Las Vegas. As we came from out of state for a weekend, Sandy arranged an array of homes to see over a 2 day period. Sandy Margolin is one of the finest real estate professionals I have ever met. She has a wealth of experience when it comes to buying and selling real estate. My personal experience with her has been wonderful from beginning to end. Sandy was able to navigate and guide me through my most recent home purchase, which was quite difficult due to all the moving parts involved with my home purchase transaction. She also recommended this wonderful Inspector Who is able to identify all of the deficiencies with the property I was looking at. She was able to use that home inspectors report to negotiate with the seller to get some repairs done, but also lower the price of the home purchase. Sandy was also always there for me when I needed to talk to her on the phone whether it was 8 o'clock in the morning or 10 o'clock at night, she always had my back. Going forward, there is no other real estate professional I would want to work with. I recommend Sandy Margolin to anyone who is reading this.

Sandy is great. She was so patient with me while looking for a place and I wasn't an easy customer. She's been at this for decades and knows her business. We looked everywhere as it wasnt a buyers market, but she found me a place to call my own in a nice area. It's been almost 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. We moved here from San Franisco Bay Area California and needed to find a house fairly quickly, in order to simultaneously close. Sandy Margolin took us around to different areas to give us an idea of Las Vegas. We found a perfect home in Summerlin. We are so grateful that Sandy negotiated down the listing price, got us a credit towards our closing costs and coordinated enough time for us to close at the same time as our California House. At the last minute we had no help unloading our Uhaul, so Sandy came over and helped us unload our 15 foot truck. Sandy treated us like a friend, we got a great deal and love our house. In searching for properties in the Las Vegas area at the time we were interested, years 2017 thru 2019, Sandy was most helpful to us. I must stress that she went above and beyond in finding the hard to find properties with all the requirements we desired. Sandy is wonderful. She knows the details, is highly professional, and is there for you, for as much or as little as you want or need.We found Sandy through a friend in Seattle, where we lived, who knew someone who was buying a place in Las Vegas. This is how we found Sandy. When we called and asked her to help us look for a house, she was great, showing us all over resale and new build houses in Summerlin. She attended developer events with me and drove me on extra exploratory visits. She gave us tips on how to negotiate the deal with the developer and with the Project Manager for our New Build home. Everything went smoothly for us and we attribute much of this to Sandy's help. If I was to move or purchase other property I would be right back on her doorstep looking for her help.

Let me tell you how WONDERFUL this Realtor is! I had never been through the process of selling a house on my own. Sandy Margolin took me under her wing and walked me through EVERY process of it. Sandy sold my house for me i to stage the housen 8 days too! She and her awesome assistant showed me what to do t the house so it would sell faster. Sandy is an excellent real estate agent! Although she is known for being a buyer’s agent, she is also an excellent listing agent. She listed my home and we sold it promptly! She is very conscientious and is experienced as a previous appraiser so she looks at every fine detail to ensure the price is accurate whether you are a buyer or a seller. She is responsive and dedicated to her career. Her marketing ability has drastically increased in the 2 years, making her one of the few real estate agents knowledgeable in Marketing and AI - Artificial intelligence with prompting, data, and pictures! She promptly responded to our email and text/voice messages, was available for inspections when we weren't, and even Face-Timed a tour of the property.
